From the figure washing line post above it can be seen that the area kerjaair used in a power plant

Based on figure 1 above, the feed water is pumped from the tank into the boiler (point 1 to 1 '), then heated in the boiler at a constant pressure from point 1' to 3 so that it becomes vapor saturation and expanded adiabatically in a steam turbine (point 3 to 4). Furthermore, the water vapor is condensed in the condenser to the point temperaturtetap in 1 Figure 2 below is a circuit schematic components of steam power plants using fuel oil based simple Rankine cycle.
Feedwater pump is used to enter the water from the tank to the boiler feed water with high pressure (130 bar). In the boiler, the water gets warm from the burning fuel. The output of the boiler in the form of steam, is fed into a steam turbine and expanded so that the energy carried by the steam can be converted into mechanical energy turbine wheel. Wet steam out of the turbine and then condensed in the condenser to obtain the condensate water will be pumped back into the boiler.
From the figure washing line post above it can be seen that the area kerjaair used in a power plant is on line P2 conditions, where the water line was originally located at the saturated liquid state of water (saturated liquid) at point B and having experienced heating boiler located in the saturated steam (saturated steam) washing line post at point C before it is expanded to the turbine.
